CEO was established in 2007 by the Principle of Beijing Pinggu No.1 Vocational School for building up International Training Opportunities for graduates. CEO started sending students for training course to New Zealand, German, and Japan. In 2009, CEO started providing consultation services for students to study abroad. With this foundation in place, CEO received many cooperation opportunities from other countries, for instance, Australia, Canada and Singapore. Each year, CEO sends around 300 students to different countries. In 2010, following a large number of enquiries from Chinese students, CEO launched a new branch in London, Canada Water.
